By downloading, installing, or using Prank Rank (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Prank Rank. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 16.
Prank Rank is a multiplayer trivia game for Android. When a player loses a match, the winning player is granted a limited-time “prank window” during which they may trigger light-hearted pranks on the loser’s device (such as alarms, wallpaper changes, sounds, or vibrations). All pranks are pre-agreed features of the game.
You agree to use Prank Rank only with the knowledge and implied consent of the other players in your game room. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@prankrank.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
By joining a game room, you acknowledge that losing a match may result in prank features being activated on your device by the winning player for up to 24 hours. These pranks are a core feature of the game. You accept this as part of gameplay.
We are not responsible for any disruption caused by prank features during sensitive situations (e.g. meetings, driving). Use the Do Not Disturb toggle in-app if needed.
All content in Prank Rank — including the name, logo, design, code, and sounds — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Prank Rank may offer optional in-app purchases (such as custom sound packs or image packs) processed through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play’s terms. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
Prank Rank may display advertisements via Google AdMob. Ads are not shown during active gameplay. By using the App you consent to the display of personalised ads based on your device’s advertising identifier.
Prank Rank is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.
